why cant register -.-?

This may be a stupid question, but how the hell do i get honour >.<' i mean, i know dungeons n warchanel give me honour.. but thats way too slow, and im tired to farm in FGR and no PoH ... so any ideas to get h.r. lvl 7 fast? :D
