before you close it i would prefer that one tutorial will maked how to set it up and will be sticked here so that not all turks make a stupid new theard how to set it up with these files

You could make a One-Click-Server and some of those stupids would still ask how it works...

It reads it as value value * 1000 (if you want 30x, set it to 30000).

I guess you could change the monsters exp too, so you still can make a server with 255 exp+
