ok i gotta double post :/:\ firstly make sure your details are correct!

DB=conquer_server<<<<<-------i chose this, this is phpmyadmin db the one you import!

Default-IP=192.168.1.2
Pserver1-IP=192.168.1.2
coadmin-IP=192.168.1.2
bleachonline-IP=192.168.1.2
bleachonline2-IP=192.168.1.2
if you do not change the db name then it should be i think either conquer or Conquer and thats all you need to put in the db parts
once this is done and only once this is done then you open the file COE_Final i saved it to c/ then you should see another folder saying COE_Final on its own click into that also then there should be a lot of files
if you have found this part then all is going well lol there should be 3 items saying CO Full Server you must find the one with the little symbol of earth on it provided you have something like microsoft visual studio if you have this and its opened it go to where it says Build you will see it says Build Solution click it it should say to the bottom right that its completed
Then look for where it says Debug i personally use start without debugging because then i can close down visual studio if you start it with debugging you need to leave visual studio open or it close it all down ;)
If thats done and you have Qonquer client not updated etc then open Qonquer and everything should work fine from then on i hope i have helped a lot of people who may have had problems with this
the ip addy shown is mine to find yours go your windows and open up run if you are on winxp then enter cmd and click ok once the command box opens then click ipconfig/all you should see your ip address this is what you use not gateway!!!
