I can help, if I only knew what the value it changes to. I'm guessing it was -1 when not in pursuit and 1 when in pursuit? Since it is encrypted I am really not sure if that is the case though :(

The pursuit track ID is 2.
But as I have said it is encrypted with a XOR so you will not find it with exact value scanning.

So we need to find the encryption key .. eh ..

Yes if you want to do this hack, you need to find the encrypted value and decrypt it.

I think pepo can find easy the new adress of pursuit loader ;)
He do it from the beginning very good.
