fire1111: no its not a bot, but it is a modified client. It'll be impossibly hard to find out you're using a modified client, but by their terms, yes it is illegal

i use agbot before but now i already deleted them together with the loader and all sro files. and reinstall it again. now i am playing without those help. but i find it really hard especially without the loader. thats why i am asking this coz i want to bring back the loader. but i am really scared.
what shall i do now?

well, i havent been banned yet if that helps :)
As for being able to detect your loader, you'd have to literally tell someone in game that ur using a loader and even then i doubt they'll find out u use it. They could maybe also detect it if you repeatedly try to log in, but then again they culd also assume u are opening the original client multiple times because of the delay to relogin with this client. Another way is if you're using multiclient, but then again u culd have more than one comp :P
So, it's impossibly hard to tell that you're using this loader :) If you're worried dont use it, but i havent had problems yet.
