hey.. after i extract and rplace the cabal.exe then wat i do?

IT DOESN'T WORK !!! AFTER U REPLACE IT N START CABAL IS WILL SHOW ( File is Corrupt!)

E:\CABAL ONLINE (SEA)\Data\cabal.enc

PS it doesn't work for sg(sea) or europe .
