I guess it's safe because it doesn't manage CO packets at all. It have allways been. Of course there is a risk of that someone makes video of you using bot. Program itself should'nt do anything that would get you in botjail.

The program still works. Except Xp-skill but just put XP-skill in F1 and use the guard/ pet lvler.
If it wont recognize your window. Run the program as admin!!!

You using XP or Vista? The xpskill-leveler aint working anymore but DH levelers and those guard/pet levelers work still. If you're using Vista, try to run it as administrator.
