The longest I've waited is about 5-6 hours. If you catch them overnight or something I think it causes a delay.

I received my access about six hours after purchase, I had missed that you need to register for the OP's site for delivery.

With that said, so far so good with the cheat - everything is working great thus far. I do not use the aim bot or auto-fire features at the moment, I am happy with the 3D and 2D map assist alone.
