Just over-powered skills for top 10 give more damage and this is with a high cool-down of 8 hours per skill, d10 skills are just for animations.

not really , for the Heuksal : Flying dragon flash , it hits two times with 1.5x damage.

just check it , you'll see the difference in damage and in dps.

so its not just animation for this one !
