Hi there,

for everyone who is having a meltdown like I had these past 2 hours ^^

When extracting the .rar file to your games addon folder make sure your extraction tool is not creating the folders in a new sub-folder. For me it extracted into a folder named "RXPGuides custom addon" and in this folder was the "RXPGuides" folder. Once I copied the "RXPGuides" folder out of the folder "RXPGuides custom addon" and directly into the "Addons" folder of the game, the Addon showed up in game and I was able to use the guides.

also: Dont forget to delete the files "RXPGuides.lua" and "RXPGuides.lua.bak" from the folders "WTF\Account\<Account>\SavedVariables" and "WTF\Account\<Account>\<Server>\<Character>\SavedV ariables"

That is what I tell people
It is just like any other addon.

People can install an addon.
This is the exact same way.
So I do not know why people cannot do the exact same thing.

For me I have to install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle.net\World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns

instead of C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns
