Yep, saw it just yet too, he used it everytime, I think it's a bug too pass the cooldown?

He is a Cry member and since support check every account who wins JPA I'm not sure he would have the balls to cheat it. He did fight HBK though, I want to see the full video ...

He did it with multiple hangers with spearheads and then warped into them whilst using ultimate cloak ;)
