I have set stop_lvl = 5 but bots still making accounts to lvl 10. What's wrong?

I got latest version ULB.

i dont know much about anything since im pretty stupid, but is there any way to run a bypass check like we did when mukas was away? o.o

that is if mukas isnt able to fix his website :p

i edited hosts file and still bot wont work ;/
