Sure, but the fact over MySQL being faster than INIs without the proper optimizations still remains; No matter how much he denies it. The part that I've highlighted in bold however, that's where you're wrong. If I said "Silver is worth more than gold" people would fight me on that matter because they know gold is worth more.
