im guessing cause it can be used at pvp? or am i wrong?

yes it can be used at pvp but you can not hit them with that skills
if your enemy is arme all the skills will hit you

So far so good ima try out a dungeon, I just did partusay and it went fine same as the old one! Ima try out more dungeons and edit.
EDIT1:Just did hero dungeon worked fine.
