For 21 years, addons install the same way, sí?
You can look up how to install an addon manually, it’s always the same.
But when people modify files and mess up the folders, of course it’s hard to fix, eh?

I give one example, a problem that’s not easy to solve.
The SavedVariables and WTF folders, for some reason, addons sometimes change file properties.
That’s why GMs say to delete it, because it messes up the files.

But when I tell people to delete the files for one addon only, what do they do?
They delete the whole folder, then complain that they lost all their addon settings.
When I only said one, sí?

And me? I just need help with one file because of the new formatting.
But all I see is want, want, want and fix, fix, fix from people, never time to breathe, eh?

i get your point. guess it's kinda annoying that everyone always demands only. as i said, not a complaint from my side. just wanted to state my problem

i did as u said and only deleted the files for this specific addon. sadly didnt solve it. also tried the manual installation of rxp. but i'll just wait for now and check the next release. easy easy.

i would provide any help with the formating if i would have a single clue what is goin on. so i guess i won't be of any help at all.

What post? I went back and read the first post again and I'm not seeing anything about multiup. And I tried it with adblock on, adblock off, no extensions, private browsing mode, I even tried it in a browser I've never even opened before today: Edge.

So you never used the Brave browser, eh?
It blocks the ads for you, no? Would’ve saved you all that clicking, sí?

No matter what, I cannot get this to work on anniversary.

What I have tried:

Step 1, uninstall rxp addon
Step 2, remove savedvariables
Step 3, extract IbC4WxK5-Classic into \_classic_era_\Interface\AddOns
Step 4, install rxp via curseforge
Step 5, login

For some reason I only see Zygor Guide Viewer Wrath in my addon list in game, despite downloading the vanilla-tbc file.

So you are playing Classic_ERA, eh? I can see that from your installation.
The server is Anniversary, yes?

For you to see Wrath, that means you downloaded the MoP Classic file — knowing that you are playing Classic_ERA, no?

So you know you are on ERA… why did you take the MoP file for, eh?
