Just press the "Add a new custom source" button, and fill in the text boxes.
To know what you have to fill in, you just have to find the source you want to add from this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
Do that for every custom source you're missing from the post I made with the custom sources.

Example, here's what it should look like:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

No because there was no Zygor in vanilla. They started their addon in TBC

Yea sure, check my post for old releases.

I will check the update when I get in after work.

Can confirm, that is the data they provided. So hopefully they will fix it in the next release.
I do not use the item score, I use Sims. So I have not seen the error.
