Where do i have to extract the east asian language files?

I have always problems with tbot i cant even login or opening the server.exe can someone explain (not that im noob in such things i know that already xD) but i normal answer:P

SCAN before you download/use..

extract ur east asian languases in a folder ( ALL the stuff in 1 folder )

1.now go to start
2.Control panel
3.date, time, language, and regional options
4.go to regional and language options
5.go 2 advanced
6. press install files for east asian languases

it will load wait iff it instales it UR LUCKY but with me it stoped
browse 2 ur folder were u extract all ur files for east asian languases
klick op ok end it will go furter READ WELLL WHEN IT STOPS END FIND THE RIGHT DIRECTORY

when i start it i does it well but when SRO start before i can log in it says: Disconnected from the server

thnx costicla3, works, am instalat pana la urma "limbile chinezesti" ^^ am vazut aseara k aveam si NOD32 instalat doar k era dezactivat de aceea nu mergea. so uninstall NOD32 wont work with it installed ::)
