It's mostly just not effective. For every C&D provider that shuts down, I see 10 new ones for COD. I see the same pasted shit everywhere too. Nothing is as it seems. This is why PO rumors were so easily spread over one article by some monkey brained dude who demanded ransom money from us...
Lawyers are not effective anti-cheat & even more so for hidden providers hosted and registered in countries that don't listen.
