I just reinstalled Cabal but the update server for update 566 is broken so u have to manually install the latest update. But when i do that cr eu doesnt work. please help

I had to reinstall Cabal online (EU) and because their update server for the launcher is down i had to manually install the latest update that came up 2 days ago. I downloaded the latest CR-EU but when i start cabal with cr the map is pure white and the functions of cr do not work. Please when you see this contact me. Please help! Thank you.
