rsro changed their alchemy rates.. and if you were playing at diamond you could know +5 is already hard like hell..

True,I'm even sometimes failing to +1 with lucky powder on my spear,never reached +4. Wasted ~300 elixirs :)

And just to mention... the rates at Diamonod were FIXED some time ago,means that they were actually even far worse than they are now(still hard liek shit).
