server down?

im heavy pissed 3-4 times server crash while i was tradeing... used silk pets and gold and pet gone


+ im still waiting for stats/skill reset scroll?

i hope we will get a compensation for server crashes? maybe a stats/skill reset scroll or whatever

Sorry! One of our root server isnt reachable anymore. We try to solve that problem with our Hoster.

take ur time fixing it , u guys can keep it offline 5 6 h , to be sure everything will be stable ^^

How can people rage and insult the administrators every single time. Since they're not shutting down the server on purpose or are interested in an offline server I don't see any reason to flame them. I guess they're doing they best to give us a solid server which we can play on. If you're that unhappy or thinking it is so easy to run such a big server, open your own one. But please stop this permanent flaming.

Also this whining about unbalanced races, not enough SkillPoints etc....You're a playing a game, which is named Silkroad. Those who played on the official server for more than 4 weeks should know, how this game works. Gettin' tired of it....

Yes sure but the Hoster need to fix that problem. Maybe something with the Hardware. But they already checking it. Hope it will be back soon.

You are allowed themselves to pay one of the most - expensive hosts. It is normal to have such problems, the more expensive the more low maintenance! Lag (Delay) is entirely on the host machine that you provide it vaprostana company. Take in hands and buy a machine to capacity in the server.
