Any solution to this? I already have installed all those Visual C++ Redists but error is still there. Also I tried to google it, found some "fixes" but still not working.

your windows messes sro_client up,
there are 2 ways, disable all security stuff (antivirus and firewall n so on)

in the task manager u will see a process called microsoft antimalware executable, right click on it n end its task. it won't dissappear but it'll do the job. then get the sro_client from the zipped file into the folder, n happy gaming.

really screw this game every day in this time that shit problem happend and there is no answer or even fixing it -.-

Unfortunately I tried this but still same error appears. It's interesting that everything was working fine before last update.
