ich nehm mal and du hast windows xp...das einzigste was ich mir vorstellen könnte ist das es am loopbackadapter liegt..vllt solltest du einfach den loopbackadapter neu installieren...
oder verusch bei subnetzmaske das aus
255.0.0.0
oder
255.255.255.0
und schau das du service pack 2 installiert hast und netframework würde auch hilfreich sein
sorry aber mehr kann ich dir da auch nicht helfen...
