What exactly are you expecting? The download links are dead and the author got banned and isn't going to help with this project. It's a dead project as of many many years ago. And CandyConquer is not exactly for people who want to "install" a source. I'd recommend trying another server and learning how to program first. Our community doesn't have servers you can just start and run. This isn't Minecraft.
