Yep.

Go to control panel and set all programs to run as administration.

After that, use BCDEdit to modify registry to turn off DEP (Data Execution Prevention) for all programs.

Restart your computer and then fixed.

How to BCDEdit

Open command prompt
Type this:
bcdedit.exe/set nx AlwaysOff

Restart PC.

Control Panel\User Accounts and Family Safety\User Accounts

Click on "Change User Account Control settings"


Set it to "Never Notify"


Click "OK"

Done.
