[DEV] Server files!

Ive never seen such dedication, most people kinda give up. Tetris im not a pro at things but wud love to help even if its baby work ;p. and i applaud you, i rly hope it goes well xD

A chinese/japanese with the name LEI, living in the USA.
he created this server. but he dont wanna do updates or fixes, he only started this server.

Let him give all the sources code here in this topic, we have him and FIX free on the server, let us make ^ _ ^

LEI dont wanna give the files or sources codes.
he cant manage the server, but dont wanna let other people do that.

Well if u want to convert it into a iso you are gonna need to join all the files together. All of the .00* files are 1 data files split into different parts. To do this u can use a program called hjsplit.

Soleil I'm suprised!! This is probably one of the best things you said and probably most helpful. Might not relate to development at all, but least someone out there is helping.

So lets gets back onto track. I've tried Bob's suggestion to nop out addy's in the updater, and failed. Didn't work for me. Did anyone here try the same? Did anyone here try or am I striking out on another forum that will help with this project?

Question 2, why are you all turning my development thread into a lets try and find LEI thread?

No one responds to if NOP's work or not, but people will start a whole new discussion about LEI while we were talking about NOPS... I'm embarrassed.

Lets try a new route, myabe if I know what you all might be good at I can direct you and hopefully you all can build upon yourselves. Gangxtar your most appealing in my eyes, what are you good at? Data mining? Ethereal? Anyhing let me know. Soleil, you? EatMyDeBuff you still out there? Even you Pheonix? Guys I check here regularly but don't say anything because there is nothing to say. That's not the way this project is supposed to be. I know some of you out there have talent to help me, please respond (anyone) with what your good at, or might be.

As I said many times, I don't have enough knowledge -_-
Have a very little knowledge on lots of things, but not enough on anything...

-> I know little C/C++, but I'm not able to go further than basics of it (Class? think I can built one, but not really sure... Child Class? WtF?! DirectX? Should be used?! Network communications? Doh! built a dll? Don't even ask me...)
-> I know little network, but I'm not able to do more than connect 2 computers together...
-> I know little database... I mean I understand what it is... Not how use it :/
-> Speak english? Have heavy leaks even at this XD

That's not mean I'm here just to get the files.
I'm really happy that someone TRY to do a full homemade server. You have done something that no people have done for now: TRY.
And when I read this topic, I'm really afraid about how many people really understand this...

You speak about search help elsewhere... Perhaps it should be the right way...
