I have rb archer now lvl 123 but at lvl rb90 i found a db directly south (below) of the left bottom corner wall of Bird Island city. I nearly fell out of my chair. and I was hurrying to get it b/c all of u know how many ppl are at birdmen. anyway, noone was there and i was more than happy to accept my prize. I'm in arbiter. this was after patch 5002, don't remember exactly
