His cheapest package is $2,500 a month, and in the past two years, I can only recall one time a slot opened for a new customer
Seriously, what makes that FW so special and expensive? Is it crafted with gold or something?

By the way, does anyone know what’s up with Shockzulla’s FW? That’s the one Zeebler recommended in the PO forum a while back, right?
I remember Shockzulla had his own Discord server, but it was invite-only. I used to have access, but after losing my original Discord account, I lost all my servers, including his.
From what I’ve seen, Shockzulla made solid firmware and might be working with Project7 now. However, I’m a bit skeptical about their current FW since it’s hard to tell whether you’re actually getting the version made by Shockzulla or something custom from their team.
I’ve tried to get another invite to his Discord, but haven’t had any luck yet.

Skate’s firmware is the best because he’s able to sign legitimate, Microsoft-endorsed drivers, like Logitech, Microsoft (Xbox), Elgato, Corsair, and a few others. He also uses exclusive donor cards, like GPUs. Depending on the package, there’s a self-service tool that lets you rebuild your existing firmware if it ever gets blocked, or if you simply want to stay ahead of a potential block.

It’s easily the best firmware I’ve ever used. I’ve been on it for about 2–3 years and have only been blocked once in Valorant, never in Fortnite. The downside is the price, and if you miss a renewal month, you lose your slot. Given that almost nobody ever leaves, you’re basically not getting back in, lol.

I left Shock’s Discord a while ago after he stopped being able to reliably avoid EAC blocks. The firmware was solid before EAC made improvements, but at this point it’s really only worth using at the basic level. For the price, there are better and cheaper alternatives available.

@[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Do you know where I can get support for Dichen DC500? Paid even if needed. I have an Alienware AW3423DW that works fine at 175Hz and 1440p, but HDR is not supported when connected via the fuser.

Out of curiosity, what's your opinion on the devices like Heino or Hptt? Just would like some insight from someone quite knowledgeable and involved as yourself?

That’s unfortunate. What issues are you running into?

As far as I know, William (the owner) is out of town for the next week or so.

FTW DMA provides product support for Dichen.

HPTT is a paperweight, and Heino will be too. All of the top anti-cheat developers have been sitting in their Discords for the past eight months, posting pictures with Heino and laughing at the project.

I’ll personally stick with DMA and my firmware guy, who hasn’t let me down in over two years.

I bought (24dec) i fm that doesn t work at 26 dec, 27 dec got replace with another that doesn t work. Since the 27th, I've only received sporadic messages like "I haven't had time," "Try that, try this," with no results. As of today, even though he's supposed to be on vacation (I think), it's not working. I was simply wondering if he's someone who cares about solving problems or if he just puts them off without solving them?

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that.

The first firmware he gave me also didn’t work, and a friend of mine had the same issue. He’s since sent us updated firmware, but neither of us has had a chance to test it yet, so unfortunately I don’t have any troubleshooting advice right now.

I do know that two members of his staff recently stepped down, so support has been a bit backed up. Hopefully he’s able to get your issue(s) sorted once he’s back.

But have you ever had a working firmware?

If you mean Stella, no. The first firmware I received didn’t work and caused constant BSODs, and I haven’t tried the replacement firmware yet.

My main, actual firmware is from a private provider.

Hey, we’re sorry for the issues you’re experiencing. Support is extremely backed up at the moment, but we’re doing our best to work through everything and get everyone’s issues resolved. There’s only so much I can do, as I currently handle about 99% of the workload, including firmware development.
We currently have over 100 open tickets, all requesting different things, so replies can sometimes take a while. This will be fixed soon though.

We’re also updating our Discord bot to automatically deliver firmware once generation is complete and to provide general assistance. You’ll be able to report issues directly to the bot, which will forward them straight to our staff team and to William. This way, issues won’t get lost among tickets, and we’ll be able to address them more effectively.

Also, could you please send me your ticket name here or via PM? I’ll take a look and assist you properly once I receive it.

I can only say what my experience is, more than 15 days have passed and two days ago you told us that it was our motherboard's fault. I asked several times what the problem was and you always replied "I'll work on it tonight" "sorry I've been busy I'll think about it tomorrow" etc. but I never received any answers regarding the real problem and it was not resolved. Then there were the holidays. In my opinion it would have been enough to ask for information about the buyer's hardware, or in the inability to manage orders simply not to take any more orders. today i don't know when the problem will be solved.
