I had the same problem, Its your media pk2 file. DL old media files, and pk2 editor here:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

This should hold you over until a better pk2 file comes out

party off - last tap(help) the 2. tick box at the footer
auto pick up - first tap, the 7. tick box
