Zygor Classic | Retail & Other Addons

I think I can turn the magic key back on. Anyone want to test it to try and give feedback on it?

well that is the issue. If you do not know what it is. You do not know how to use it.

Then if you did get the file with it in. You would not use it because you would not know how to.

That is why I need someone to knows what it is to try it. Because if someone that does not know what it is. Would not use it and I would not know if it works or not.

Well the magic key was disabled 9 years ago. Seems like no work was done on it. But if enabled I do not know how to use it. So I am looking for people to test it if I enable it again.

But.... When i try to open the zipped file (Zygor Retail 7.0.23257), i'm getting the message saying unknown format or corrupted. Am i doing something wrong?

PS: Problem solved. Using a x32 7zip and not a x64....

From what I found out is: "It was just a hotkey to use for targeting NPCs and mobs to find them easier. It would also work to click on bag items called for in the guide steps. The main problem it had was if you have a couple of different things in one step that could all use this function it would only work with the top one."

I vaguely remember that function it was so long ago.

Agreed and if re-enabled. I would not know if it would work or not. As I never had used it

They claim they were planning to Ruth in a fix. Nothing ever happened. So it looks like they just abandoned it.

In my opinion-for whatever it's worth-I'd say no don't enable it. For some reason Zygor did disable it and never picked it back up again-broke the Addon, WoW or the internet. Forgot about it. Found an improvement...who knows.

BUT, If I were you and it was me and I felt like a spicy sausage I'd personally try it out, test it, play around and see if it's still functions before unleashing it to the masses and come to find it might break the Addon all together.

How is asking someone that knew what it was to try it. That would be one or a few be the masses? I could re enable it and no one would know the difference, until someone went to use it.
Well if I knew how to use it. Why would I be asking if others wanted to test it out?
I am asking others because I never have used that function before. So looking for someone that has. Seeing many wanted it re enabled. But no one knows what it is or how to use it. To me working to re enable it, now seems pointless.
