Hi, The fact that you show a private chat does not mean missing assistance on our hand, as we said many times we only give assistance with our ticket system through our website, and the fact that the spoofer didn't work for you only means that you haven't followed the tutorial and there is obviously some issue with your hand.
We test our spoofer every time the game and the anti-cheat receive a patch and it is perfectly functional for the last vanguard update...
With that being said, ill invite you to follow the provided tutorial i am sure you will be able to make it work just like any other costumer.
