i havent got as well but it works to login on site so i guess its working.
i guess email is just to annoy people from spamming accounts to keep it more stable. =) look it you can login to the site and i think it should be alright

if you wanna have a long term server join isro or silkroad r it takes ages to get max lvl and items so go ahead. many privrat server cant survive at these days cuz player get to bored to quick, wich means they wipe or what ever, but as i know duckroad got maybe closed after 4-6 months for a wipe, wich its fine

the server is up and running for admins ( GM's ) to check everything befor opening for public. Atm only people with gm ip i assume can enter the server until they put it on public entrance. thats why it cause dc. 40 mins left to go =)
