So, if you get banned permanently and you create an new Account, it will not be a Multiaccount because your other Account is no longer active ;)

Every account is banable, the mods will not ban any account without reason and "not okay" is no justification for a ban. Just as you write, you dream well probably that my doings will be snuffed out - how beautiful.
