Hi,
uninstall it normal under Software, go to the al website login and klick start then it will u point to the download.

Still doesn't work for me... now I can't find the file anymore either even though I've put it in the WebZen map.

Ok so I Downloaded the updated patcher for 2/4/10 and when i got to the download site it asks to "save" or to "run", i click save and save to desktop, but right b4 its finished it says "you need permision to perform this task". Where do i turn this off so that i can save it. Im not a computer wize so anything helps, haha. Thanks

What os are u using ?
What AV are u using ?
Have u tryed to disable the av before patching?
Is ur os up to date or maybe a beta ?
Can u use other patches/cracks on ur pc ?
Where is the logfile from patcher ?
How many clients can u open now ?
When does it close the running client (on click start of the website or if the autopatcher is open)?

As u see some minor parts of information is missing on ur post ;) .
Pplz need to understand that i can only help if they give exact information.
I use my realy realy minor spare time to do the patcher as fast as possible and as good as possible so i think its worth that u spend some brain to ur post ;) .
