I have installed and reinstalled aswell the microsoft program you said.
Do you have any idea what can cause the problem?
i also tried to run it as administrator
im on win 7 64 bit

I downloaded the dll's it asked for and i put it in system32 but it still doesnt work.

I just downloaded the update, extracted the file and then tried to launch the program. It closes right away, I have not renamed or done anything, the other versions have worked perfectly. What to do?

How to use:

First start Counter-Strike Source/Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
Then start the Cheat
Enjoy!

umm seems like I cant DL the file...
Gives me an timeout or cant connect to the server/file
