Your missing 1 important fact he didn't create it for the community he already had it created long ago, someone happened to get their hands on it and start posting about it here.He then asked the communuty and there was not much of a response,Then someone decided to make a poll saying would you pay for it and how much. He then decided a min amount that he wanted to release it for. then posted it for free with the option of donating, now you can not get it with out donating, which is not donating at all it's selling.


But whatever what do I know right :rolleyes: Just calls em likes I sees em.

Point is he originally made the program for himself and maybe a few close buddies so why ask people to give money for somehting he obviously made for himself. and is now wanting a few bucks for it.

some facts ..
- i dont play al now for over 8-10 month .. i cant remember my last playing
- many pplz asked me to do a new version of easylogin and since i dont play and i know how many time it will take i want something back for this
- keep in mind that the last and the new version took 60 hours of work so far
- also the other tools i still update for the community only take much of my free time and i never want something for it and believe me i cant count all the hours i needed so far for it
- if you think your 30 hours of work are so much that you can say you want a donation then start one and see if someone donate ... i can speak for me only but i donated many other software projects that im using regulary and its ok. The main problem is that ppl think they can get all for free ... this is ok but then dont cry if there is no developer doing this.

In my opinion it is okay that ACE asks for some donations because it is his tool which he made in his freedom. I think we could be thankful that he made 3 free tools for us. For example. I voted on the last thread about the the easy log-in that I would pay for the log-in, so I will donate in the next weeks, when I have more time to play.
And everyone can decide for his own, if he/ she wants to donate to get the tool, or not.

i agree about the time but since im new upcoming programer i waste too much time programing some stuff.That i know is i waste much time to learn and i do it for me but also when i success something that makes me happy.
also i think that program makes u happy coz u successed something and the time u wasted on it doesnt count , u make things coz u like to do them , otherwise u just make something for the money.
Thats my opinion , dont get me wrong (again).

No one said anything about you still playing , I know I didn't
fact only offering people the program if they donate is not a donation.
fact no one questioned the amount of time it may have took
fact I still do not like the cheating aspect of the program it could ruin the game that's already in a bad state.
I could honestly not care at all if there were no more people to make cheating programs like this one to me this one has a huge potential to close the game if people start getting wise on how to manipulate the clients and ini files.

The only aspect I like about this program is the organization option of all your accounts.

I also never said anything about asking for money for it is a bad thing I just said forcing people to pay for it is a bad thing.

it took 60 hours to change a few lines in the code so it worked with the new webzen client ? maybe 60 hours for you to create the whole program updating it would only take a few hours unless your doing major changes.

I know how long it takes to update some of the software as I actually updated 1 of them for the community on one of your long absence from this community and it only took me 10 mins to change a few lines.

I honestly don't care if you ask people to pay for shyt I just don't like the huge cheating aspect of this program.You of all people should know full well what it is capable of.
personally I wouldn't ask for any money for anything I did even if I did create programs cause I usually do it for myself first and because I am just that nice.

I was just pointing out a few aspects that were real facts and simple logic and a few people had to get all huffy puffy about it.:D

and if ace give the programe first to the poeple was donate and later to the people was dont donate then is this OK

He make some cool stuff for smart phones and so on called "Apps".

your really think i needed to update only one line ??? The time for debugging and understanding the login process of the website takes alone hours without writing a single line of code. Seems you didnt take a look at it.

M8 u make nice apl and u have nice rep. on this community but this ...just a lil advice,,, u make prog. for illegal use on legal software if u have direct profit u responsible for use of that prog. on any Cort u go down. For concept "donate" u need to have full or part of prog free to use, and then u have free will to donate. Now u have just concept pay to use, and in that case u r responsible for service u sell. If u dont have profit from prog, u not selling u r not responsible if some1 using prog for illegal use. M8 u dont need this shit ... make free for this little ppl who still plying or del post.
