Aw, Cast also not working with these .exe, time to fix that :)

Problem:
When you start castserver.exe before dekaronserver.exe, then dekaronserver.exe wont load anything AFTER crc - gradelist.
When you start castserver.exe after dekaronserver.exe, then castserver.exe will crash after some seconds...
Solution: Searching for it.....

Good job brohan, i would help you but asm is way beyond what i know and i just don't have a spare time to learn it atm.

To everyone, with special thanks to ItsNobody and lglbwsyt I got the Server Side (.exes) Completly without any error or crash working !

Can someone re-upload dekaronserver.exe? It seems to be removed by mediafire.
