Dude, umm when you go to the site right, there are thing known as Hero Coins, those are the Chinese money, and usually some items have next to them like for example 99,999 or 300-500 mill right, those are the items you can buy with in game alz. It's better if you just search around and translate it, not all the chinese items are exactly the same name with the english one.
