I can increase my attack speed but I can't seems to synchronize the speed w/ my damage.. I mean, the speed increased, but not the damage speed..

Did i missed something here..?

....well i can edit the attack speed of upper armor(client sided)...or make it as elems..but other servers have patchewd storage i cant hotswap them ..so is ther any other way to inc my atk speed??? >>

I havent tried it yet if it's still working in RFPH.. B'coz It's still working in RFE..
