15x is reasonable. It will be really easy to level a euro. I personally play chinese since I prefer solo and I level at a decent rate.

Agreed with noobhater, we dont need more exp rates guys there is already pt mobs... 10x or 15x would be enough. :)

Everything is good, but think about chinese players. A chinese char lvl so much slower than europeans. Europeans wont invite a blader to the pt, so he have to grind alone, while every wizard ks him everywhere. Welcome back isro time >.<
