i think i know whats the problem with the meditation not activating properly...
the problem is due to 9D somehow made it such that when a skill is being cast, and as the character is going through the animation of casting the buff, pressing P to meditate only activates the skill in passive mode instead of meditating. So in order to meditate, u have to wait till the character has finished the animation of casting the buff, then press P.
So a suggestion for Dizzy... It would be great to make it such that after the program has detected VE level to be 10% and stops casting buffs, add in a delay of about 10 to 15 seconds (since no buffs' casting animation is that long) before activating the P.
