yeah i know...but i guess these guys are all in TGC and because they have advertised darkorbit in their youtube vids, they may have some extra privileges?

nahh i spoke with him, after hack he had only phoenix, pilot reset(i mean, he have to put again) and 0 items..

Maybe yes, but from dc, bp didn't help him :/ he payd them for have somethings back.

In the thread the GA confirmed that it was another admin who had "hacked" their accounts via acp so that's why they are going to get all their stuff back and ..DC.. won't.
Nothing to do with extra privileges, when it's DarkOrbit's fault they give the account back.
