I`d like to ask one thing about removing account from bigpoint portal:
If i send a message to support and i ask them to remove the portal from bigpoint,do i have to give some previous information about the acc like previous passwords,usernames,payment info? Or will they just remove it if i just ask for it?
And anyone here from spain? I would like to remove the portal from my brazil2 acc so i would need some translation help :D google translator might not work in this one :D

Just ask them with "could" instead of "can" and put please. Like:

There is still anti-bot system! But it work after few hours of non-stop clicking on boxes. If you don't take breaks you will get banned.
