I re-installed the login tool and the client and it still restarts. I think I'm missing something.

Do I need this? I have part one but it says I need part 2 or is this just part of the client and I don't need it? :

server now is ONLINE (subserver 1 , no idea bout subserver2), however i think there must be a space where we can trade things friendships guild advices etc... i am an AK lvl 92 buying things..

When i start Login Tool i klick on first server then is green 1 min later is red
and when i want play i want to login i cant can any one creat me a account ? PLS!

And when is Server online i live in Germany it is 15:43 now pls ?
