Hab folgendes Problem.
Habe via Lastschrift bei MHH gebankt und die Bank hatte, keine Ahnung warum auch immer, die
Lastschrift zurückgezogen. Wollt mal fragen ob jemand auch das Problem schon mal hatte und
wie Bigpoint damit umgegangen ist ?

Eine Mail ist schon am Support raus, aber vllt habt ihr ja ein paar nette Info's. ;)

Account wird gesperrt bis die das Geld haben, soweit ich weiß

Aber nach einem Jahr werden sie wieder entsperrt.

Das weiss ich auch, aber meine Frage ist, ob man eine Anzeige wegen Betrug oder so bekommt ?

Auch wenn man nicht bezahlt hat.
Nur da durch deine Bezahlung ja auch Adresse angegeben wurde, kommt ein netter Brief von deren InKasso Firma.

Dein Account ist ja nun gesperrt.

Du kannst immer noch nach zahlen mit einer kleinen Gebühr hinten dran.

Nein, mein Account ist noch nicht gesperrt.

Habe dem Support geschrieben und bekam eine Antwort.
Solange der Account nicht gesperrt ist und eine Zahlungsaufforderung da ist, soll ich nichts unternehmen.
Hatte auch wegen Inkasso gefragt und die meinten, solange ich das recht schnell bezahle, werden sie
auch niemanden beauftragen.
