You load stylesheets directly from BP's CDN and as home page was changed time ago it won't work, find another package which has all resources like my DarkOrbit Remix PS, the latest version has new design so if you want the old design find an older release.

Go to "C://Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts" and edit it adding in the last line the following text:
127.0.0.1 yourwebsite.com
