You clearly hit the cap only once in awhile (on a private server of course). I don't even care what you think cuz I know most people who cap all the time get really bored cuz there's so little in the game to keep one entertained. Im not playing to cap, Im playing for the fun of it.

Servers opens at 20:00 closes at 22:00

1)Yeh they'll be 24/7
2)Yes they all going to be wipe/delete.
3)Nope u've to buy/get them with money or gold/silver (that's what i think, not sure).
4)Nope, the rates are going to be 20x.
