That is the third rename at that. ItsGamerDoc renames his cheat when the previous one gets detected to make the new one look like it doesn't have any detection history.

I'm Going to share my experience with a cheat provider ; In this Case, IZI.
I'm going on first with sharing my Good impressions,

Aimbot (One of the best I tried so far)
Community. (Small / humble / cool)
Checkout / Buying (Superfast, Instant email)

Now let's talk about the bad stuff, since I never used cheats in Apex, I went for a Provider with good support (That's what I thought) After the first run, I barely get 100 frames. So I went on Discord and Asked.
They promoted 24/7 Support. I don't expect a reaction in like 10sec. But do I expect a reaction at least the same day or even a correct answer.
Since I couldn't get it to work properly, i tried for 5 days all the things. Reinstall windows/ numerous drivers.
At the end it was from 4 Provided windows one of them.
I've been playing the game since s5 and never had less than 170fps. 50% fps drops?
Well then after asking away the support stopped suddenly. no reply anymore, just somebody from the community helped me thought it.
Well so.
Any from they key for 7Days i could use it 1,5Days. Since ive been struggling to get even stable fps to play.
Ask support for new key.

In this case, it was around the time of a holiday - which is by no means any excuse, and we still want to provide the best and most responsive support we can, so I apologize for any inconsistency you may have experienced with our support.

Your case was somewhat rare, as there’s really no reason anyone should be experiencing any performance reduction - but from what I remember, this was eventually solved. As for the conclusive point, it’s by no means to spend more money if that’s not what your intent was. I might’ve misunderstood you as I recall you asking how to renew, but I definitely could’ve interpreted that wrong. So, please do contact me about that and I’d be glad to correct that!

Like I said, it's just my honest experience.
Thanks for the Response on epvp, I didn't get yet a response on my ticket.(0162) ( 0day seemed like he would add time to it, but dint..)
I bought a weekly key to "test" in that "testing" time i couldn't play or use it properly. I asked if it would be possible to get a /new/ extended key time.
Maybe there was a misunderstanding,* i just would love to get a new key since i couldn't use it.*
