When i start server.exe there appears a window with following text: unable to intialize socket and you said that there will apear a client. please help me

hi i really cant get this bot working i see over 45 different guides how to run it and all of them al other ways really confusing,tryed this one it says when i open server FAILED TO INTIALIZE SOCKET. add me on msn [Only registered and activated users can see links.
