He wrote 20 - 22 this means the server open at 20:00
But in my experience the server can open earlier or later.

sometimes they test stuff and run some server earlier.

But guys, you mean that server is open only 2 hours per day? 20-22, etc? Or that's time when it opens for a longer period?

usually its 2 hours.when they release a updated server or isro update then probably 1 hour earlier or so.

Sometimes they will open the server earlier. U need to take in account that these times are GMT +2.

on topic:yeah plutonium was planned to be 24/7 but they decided to not put it 24/7
